Outlook 2003: Distribution list and "cc" field question

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange account. The user
has created a distribution list within Outlook. He would like to have the
"CC" field automatically populate one certain name for this distribution list
when sending a message to it. Please let me know if there is a way to do
this. Thank you.
