Automated responses from standard templates

Hi,

I have an email account in outlook which i need to add an automated response
to for every message sent to it's inbox. The automated response has been
typed up and saved in word but i'm unsure how to set apply it to the email
account to work. Would this be done through the rules wizard, and if so, how?
Is the response in the wrong format? HELP PLEASE!!

Outlook reply templates aren't created and saved in Word. Turn off Word as your email editor in Tools | Options | Mail Format. Create the message you want to use as a reply, then save it as an Outlook form template .oft file. You can then use it in a Rules Wizard reply rule.
