Automated Changes in TCP/IP settings

Dear All,
Is there any script file or a batch file, which once run
can change the whole tcp/ip configuration for a network
card (Ip addres + subnet mask + Gateway address + DNS
configuration + Wins Configuration + Host name)setings.

You can use the NETSH.EXE command to achieve just that.
