hello

I have winXP home

After installing vb.net standard I have an annoying log-in screen at
computer startup about login with .NET. I was advised here to use tweakUI in
Powertoy. That works as i check the logon automatically box in TweakUI. The
problem is that it only works for 1 boot then the option resets itself and
the login screen will appear again so then you have to go back in and set the
option again.

How can I permantley set the option in TweakUI to stop the annoying login
screen from appearing.

thanks

John,

Do you have the AutoLogonCount value in the registry?

using tewakui, the logon section (not autologon), uncheck the "show
ASP.NET on the welcome screen".
