Autologin on local network?

I have a local network with a Win2K machine and a WinXPHome
machine. No domains, just a workgroup.

I have to make a login to get to the folders on the Win2k
machine from the WinXP machine.
I don't have to do any login from the Win2k machine to get
to the folders in the WinXP machine.

Is there a way to disable the login (and have an autologin)
also on the WinXP machine in order to get to the Win2K
folders?

Larry,

Windows XP Home uses Simple File Sharing, which shares only using the Guest
account.

Windows 2000 uses Advanced File Sharing, which tries first using a non-Guest
account (if the account currently logged on the remote computer matches one
enabled on this computer), then tries the Guest account (if enabled on this
computer). Try enabling the Guest account, using Start - Run - "cmd" - type
"net user guest /active:yes" in the command window, on the Win2K computer. Then
make sure Guest has access to the folders in question.
