AutoFix AutoPlay

I ran AutoFix because I cannot get my Memorex Dual Format DVD drive to load a
DVD-R that has mp3 files on it. I updated the firmware. It hangs while the
AutoPlay searches the DVD. If I cancel the AutoPlay and explore the disc, I
can see folders but it stops responding again when I try to open them. I got
the following log from AutoFix:

AutoFix [V5.2.3790.67]

registry value
(HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{B1B9CBB2-B198-47E2-8260-9FD629A2B2EC}!LaunchPermission).

I looked at the registry key and there is no entry named "!LaunchPermission"
listed. Can I fix this manually without totally screwing up the registry?
