AutoFill (nicknames) not working

I have u/g'd Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002 and I have the
Outlook.NK2 file from 2000, but can't get the autofill
nicknames feature to work by placing the NK2 file in the
same directory where it came from on the old PC. Also
note that I changed PC's and went from Win2000 to WinXP.
Thanks...

Outlook 2000 did not use an NK2 file.
