AutoComplete not functioning in Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I have send a
variety of emails to people but their names do not autocomplete when I send
them another message. I have checked the obvious issue (is the box checked
to "Suggest names while completing To, cc..."). Not sure what I'm missing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I mean that I have used Outlook Express for years as my email software, but
recently I moved to Outlook.

Then state what you are doing that has convinced you that autocompletion is
not working.
