"autocomplete" no longer works

Under Content, I have "autocomplete" checked.
However it is not working. What else could have
turned it off.
 
My computer does not even have the registry key you mentioned.
I couldn't find "IntelliForms\SPW" anywhere.
Could that be the problem?
I have IE 6.0 and Xp home.
