Autocomplete cache restarts itself everytime outlook restarts

hello all

I know this has been posted previously, but no answer has been provided. I
have three users that have their autocomplete cache "forgetting" email
addresses everytime they close outlook, so once they re open it, they have to
type the address again and do not have the autocomplete suggestion.

maybe someone can shed any light on this...
