AutoCad tool icons

B

Billy

I am running AutoCad 2002 Mechanical Desktop on Windows Vista Ultimate and
for the first few days after installation, the software was working just
fine. As of late some of the tool icons in AutoCad are turing into smiley
faces (with sunglasses). These are configurable in AutoCad but because they
have changed, the tool symbol for any given tool that has changed is now a
smiley face.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

You might try installing and running AutoCAD 2002 using XP compatibility
mode. Uninstall your existing AutoCAD 2002 before you try this. If you
aren't familiar with compatibility mode, look it up in Help and Support.
There is some good info there.
