AutoArchive in Outlook 2003

I'm currently trying to manually archive my mailbox in Outlook 2003, but I
still have some items that are not archiving. I go into File, Archive, and I
set the settings so that items older than 10/7/06 is archived, BUT I still
have some items that are before 10/7/06 or later than 10/7/06.

Am I setting things wrong?

Are you aware that Outlook's view of the DATE is date last modified - not
date of the meeting?

What if you have a "not available" date in some emails ?

Short of having a modification date, oulook will use the sent or
received date, whichever is later.

In my case, mails with "not available" modified date was not archived.
I had to move them manually and then, they had a modified date in the other
folder.
But, how some emails has a "not available" date ?
