Auto Starting Programs during reboot

I'm reloading/reconfiguring following a Windows reinstall
and I can't remember how I set-up my computer to start
Internet Explorer each time I boot my computer. Can anyone
help?

Just put a short cut of IE in the start up Folder, then
XP will launch it everytime u boot up your computer
