Auto Open Template when software is launched

Hi,
I would like powerpoint to automatically open with a template I have made
not the default new presentation page.

How do I do this so that when I double click the powerpoint 2007 icon I am
presented with my template

Save your template using the Save as PowerPoint Template (*.potx) and call
it blank.potx. Blank.potx is the what PowerPoint uses by default
