Auto name Complete 2003

We just installed 2003 over 2000 on everyones computer, about 12 computers in
all. My computer's Auto Name Complete is set on and works. About 4 of the
other computers are set on and work for the day, but when you close Outlook
and reopen, somehow the names are reset and nother appears. As they send
emails, it builds the names back in the selection. What do you think is the
problem?

A corrupt mailprofile. Did you recreate it after the upgrade already? This
is highly recommended.
