Auto Logon with password and no welcome screen

I have PC cash registers running XP that need to
automatically logon as a certain user when they are
started. The user has a password and we are not using the
welcome screen. These registers are part of a workgroup
and the user needs a password so it can access network
resources.

I have search group policies and security setting and have
not found anything. Is there a script that I need to use?
How can I do this?

Use Tweakui, look for Logon, where it asks for domain put the workgroup name

available from
