Auto delete emails sent to a group that have been answered?

Here is the scenario:
Exchange 2003 native
Outlook 2003

We are sending an email to a distribution group (credit for example) and
would like to make it so that if one of the members of that (credit) group
sends an email saying "done" it would delete the email from the other users
inboxes.

What would be the best way to accomplish this? I am open to hearing any
suggestions on other ways of doing something similar as well.

You would have to write event sinks. You might post this to the development
newsgroup.
