Setting up email groups

Martin

I have no idea if this functionality exists. But, I have done some searching
and can't find any mention of anything.

Here is what I want to do. I would like to be able to create a group so
that I can send an email to 5+ people very easily. More specifically, I have
(in some instances) 25 email address that I send emails to quite frequently.
I would like to find a way to group them in Outlook so that I don't have to
use my Sent Items to send a message to everyone who needs to be included in
the email.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Martin

Click File>New>Distribution List

If your version of Outlook supports it - use Categories, not a distribution
list. Far more robust, well survive being moved to another computer and far
easier to administer.

Thanks for the replies. Frustrating that google and outlook help didn't give
me some info.

Both Outlook and Google might have given you information had you used the
correct terms. In Outlook Help, search for either "distribution list" or
"category". In Outlook, there is no such thing as a "contact group" or
"e-mail group".
