How can I use autocorrect to change a word for another, which is repeated
many times in a completed document? ie, (change- tenant to Lessee)

AutoCorrect is the wrong tool -- it works only while you're typing the text. To
change existing text, use the Replace dialog.

AutoCorrect can be used to change words as you type a document. In a
completed document it would be easier to make use of the Find and Replace
dialog box (Ctrl+H).
