I have a table of entries with two columns, just like used in autocorrect.
Can I insert that table to the existing auto correct table supplied by ms
word 03. If yes, how?

Download the AutoCorrect template from
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm and run the
backup macro from it. That creates a document containing a three-column table.
The first two columns are the thing to be replaced and the thing to replace it
with; the third column contains "False" if the entry is plain text or "True" if
it's a formatted entry.

Add the third column to your table of entries, and fill it with "False" or
"True" as required. Copy the table and paste it at the end of the one from the
backup and save the document.

Then run the restore macro to load the document into the AutoCorrect list in
your Word installation. All the entries that already exist won't be changed, but
the new ones will be added.
