Auto-archive question

Is Auto-Archive profile or application dependent ?

We use Outlook 2000 in an Exchange2K/Win2K environment and users are being
prompted to auto-archive, which we want to turn off.

What 's the best way to disable it for all users? Can it be done thru the
registry ?
