Auto adjust language bar position?

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a dumb question, or already answered somewhere (I
searched around but didn't find an exact answer).

In XP, is it possible to make the language bar automatically adjust its
position, so that it stays at the right edge of the system tray, just to the
left of the notification icons?

I find it annoying that the panels corresponding to active windows seem to
manage themselves just fine, shrinking/grouping/expanding as I work, but the
language tray icon periodically slips halfway underneath the notification
area, and I have to right-click on it to fix that every time.
