Authentication number not valid for access to Word

I have recently bought a 2nd user laptop loaded with XP,
but cannot use Word as the software Autherntication
number on the laptop to access the program says it is
invalid.

Contact the seller and ask them to send you the correct
Product Key for Microsoft Word. I believe you are
attempting to use the Product Key for Windows XP,
which will not work with Microsoft Word.
