Authentication log-in box

I use Outlook2000 to receive/send message via exchange server at home. I
used to be able to open(double click) outlook and it would always pop up the
authentication window to prompt me to type in the username, password,
domain. It has not been doing that lately so I cannot send/receive e-mail
with Outlook. Outlook also does not remember my password. What can I do to
get this authentication window to appear again?

Roady,

Thanks for your help, but the link I click on tells me the knowledge base
file I am looking for is not available. I use Outlook 2002 for Windows XP.
Can you offer any other suggestions?

Weird. Can you Google it? Just type "Microsoft" and "264672"

Or search for "264672" on http://www.technet.com
