Clarita, are you saying that when you play music videos from the Internet
( You Tube, etc )that the sound is muffled. Do you use a Headset or
Speakers? Either way make sure that
the connections to the computer are fully engaged and you could try going
to Start>Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices Icon. Open and under Volume
check to see if the setting is set at least in the middle position.
