I bought a gateway 510x desk top, reformatted to get rid of windows xp home and installed windows 2000 pro. Have been unable to obtain audio after downloading all appropriate windows updates and drivers. Help!
 
Winupdate drivers or hardware/gateway drivers?
Winupdate drivers may be generic. Gateway may have v.specific drivers
