Audio out of sync with video

When I save my movie the audio becomes out of sync with the video. The source
video is correctly synced as well as the video in Movie Maker while editing.
The problem only occurs once the movie has been saved. I have tried saving in
different formats as well as at different quality settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be my crappy video capture
device. I bought a better quality video capture box and I don't get this
problem anymore.
