Saving audio

I read online that Windows Movie Maker is also a basic audio track editing
program. It can apply basic effects to audio tracks such as fade in or fade
out. The audio tracks can then be exported in the form of a sound file
instead of a video file.
My only problem Is that I don't know how to save it as a sound file. Help
please!

If you have an Audio file on the Audio/Music track...
you can save as a .wma audio file by going to...
File / Save Movie File / ect...ect......
(sounds odd...I know but it works...give it a try)

Be sure to drag the Audio clip all the way to the
left on the timeline before saving or you will have
dead air at the beginning.
