Audio HQ mixer crashes the pc

Hi there,
Am trying to configure the audio hq mixer (as ialways do to hace voice
conversations through msn messenger) and with a single click my pc crashes
and restart by itself... tried to rollback driver, and didn't help, updated
and didn't help either.....
Any suggestions what can causes this failure??? cause i can't even configure
the mic and music through winamp sound like inside a tunnel....

Any help will be wellcome. Thanks!!

Audio HQ is a Creative product, so they're the people you should ask. This group is for WindowsXP.

Already post them 3 times... and no response, and since i'm using XP .... i
thought may be someone is willing to help, it doesn't have to be you, thanks
