Audio Device Problem

I have reinstalled my soundcard, it's control panel shows up down the bottom
right hand corner but in the sounds and audio devices section it says no
audio device and wont let me select one even though windows says the device
is working propperly
 
Is the sound working? If it is, don't fix it if it don't need fixing.
If not, reinstall the drivers overtop of the old ones for they
may be corrupt.
