audio device is not working

Hi

Recently i installed my pc Windows2000
Professional+Windows2000 Server(dual boot).Since than in
non of Os Audio is not working.Before windows2000 i was
using windows-XP that time audio was working perfectly.

Pl advice your valuable suggestion what could be
done to get back audio.
