How do you put an audio file to play on your presentation without useing the
computers acsess point for this file? To clear it up, when I use the file
during my presantation on my home computer the audio file works just fine but
if the Folder where I put the presentation and the audio file is emailed to
another computer the audio file does not work, I've even tried a USB drive
and it fails to work.

The 'problem' is that your music is linked not embedded. Embedded sounds
travel with the presentation and will play on other computers

You can embed wav files or with a little trickery mp3 files.

Scroll down to the sounds section

If you are keeping the sounds linked then place the sound file and the
presentation in the same folder (with a fairly short path length) Delete any
sound already inserted and insert them again.

Now send the whole folder
