Some programs won't start .
Error states the Attributes are set to "read only" , when I remove the "Read
Only" Attribute
and Apply and close, the settings do not stay. When I go back and check
them, they are set to "Read Only" again.......
Anyone have any suggestions?

I am getting an error when trying to open a program that requires a database
file to open.
This database is read only and the attributes won't stay changed. They
reset to "Read Only"
as soon as they are applied.
