Unable to access CDRW drive.

When I try to write to the CD drive a message says that disc is read only .
When I check the properties for the file,attribute box for read only is
checked. After I remove check mark and apply, an error message is displayed
saying that an error has occurred and unable to reset attribute. I would
appreciate any help.

Tom, rt click your cdrw drive and select Properties>Recording. Make sure
that the box is checked " Enable Cd recording on
this drive".
