attributes for text boxes

I have created PPT templates for a client. They are having problems when they
create a new text box on slide and try to print the file in black and white.
Is there any way to have new text boxed print as "black" or "grayscale"?
The text boxes on the master page print correctly in black and white.

Create a textbox that looks as you want, then go to View|Black and White and
right-click the textbox. Choose B/W Settings and pick something appropriate
there.

Repeat for View|Grayscale.

Then go back to View|Color and right-click the textbox and choose "set
autoshape defaults."

Finally, draw a regular rectangle and repeat the steps for it. Applying the
autoshape defaults to a textbox will often make your actual autoshapes show
up with no line and no fill. Setting defaults for the autoshapes after doing
it for the textboxes resolves this.
