Attachments to a forwarded email

I am using Outlook 2002 and cannot open an attachment in an email that has
been forwarded. If I clink on the attachment to open it, my system freezes
and I get an error message.

And that error messages says what? And your Event Log says what?

I don't know what an Event Log is.

Assuming Windows XP, the Event Viewer is a tool under Start>Control
Panel>Performance and Maintenance>Administrative Tools, but it may not be
important at this point, given the other error message.

Brian, I deleted the frmcache.dat file and that seems to have fixed the
problem. thanks for your help. Betty
