Attachments sent with outlook express

I try to send attachments (pictures) through outlook
express and they are recieved in a bunch of letters and
symbols, not as a picture. The e mail also goes out 4
times. I have no problem sending the pictures with web
based mail. I have tried this with the anti virus
disabled also.

Hi,

You have Outlook Express set to break apart messages with large attachments.
Two ways to resolve this:

Option 1: Click tools/accounts/mail tab, select your account then click
properties. Go to the advanced tab and either uncheck the option to break
apart large messages or set the size larger.

Option 2: Have the recipients use combine and decode (if their mail program
supports it). For Outlook Express, ctrl+click on each message, then click
message/combine & decode.
