Outlook express

I cannot send pictures through outlook express. I
receive and send mail but cannot sent pictures. Need a
possible answer. Thankyou

Have you tried the Outlook Express News Group with your question:

Check settings here:-
Tools>Options>Send>HTML Options button, "Send pictures with messages."
