Recipients can't see my sent Outlook 2000 attachments MOST of the time or
they see garbage. After reading multiple posts I tried plain text,
right-click & drag to email, right-click attachment-only then send to-email
recipient, and open new email then click insert (gemclip icon). The
attachment icon appears at the bottom of my email (which I can open).
Sending to recipient AND myself, they can't but I can open the received
attachment. File types vary from .jpg to .pps and all in between. I lost my
original Office 2000 Disk so can't download updates. I checked all Internet
security settings I'm aware of, but again, it works okay occasionally so
settings must be okay. Running XP, DSL, IE 6.0..., ZoneAlarm, and Spybot.
PLEASE respond... PLEEEEASE!

I forgot... I also tried forwarding a received email that had attachments.
Also, sometimes the attachment icon appears in the message body, sometimes at
the end. I've never seen a drop-down attachment list??? Incidentally, back
in Outlook Express I could use Rich Text AND send attachments OR insert an
actual picture into the email text instead of using an attachment. I miss
that feature a lot. Thanks!
