I have two computers. One has Outlook 2000, SP-3, and the other one
has Outlook 2002, SP-3. When I send the same Word attachment with
both, the one on 2002 shows up on an attachment line in the message
header. The one with 2000 shows the attachment below a line that is
below the text body. Is there any way I can get Outlook 2000 to show
the attachment at the top, rather than the bottom of the message? Or
was this just a change between 2000 and 2002?

Change your message format to plain text or HTML, not RTF, and your
attachment will appear in the header of the message.
