Attachment won't show in header

In Outlook 2000 there was a line for Attachments directly below the Subject
line. In Outlook 2002 the Attachment shows up as an icon in the body of the
message. I can't find any info on how to change back to showing the
attachments in the header (area where you type in To:, CC:, Subject:) Any
help is greatly appreciated.

Change the messsage format from rich text to HTML or plain text.
