Attachments being added without my knowledge

Hi there
During the past few days when I send an email attachments are being added
without my knowledge. On one occasion 2 jpg files were added from my hard
drive. More worryingly a second email I send with no attachments arrived at
the receiptient with porm adverts attached. I have no viruses or spyware on
my pc (according to Pest Patrol & NAV 2005). Has anyone come across this
before? It does not happen with every email I send. Many thanks in advance.

Are you using Word as your mail editor? If so, I suspect something has
modified your Word Template.

Yes I do use Word as my editor. Is there a specific file(s) I can check.

Locate the ".dot" files on your PC. You should be able to safely remove
normal.dot and email.dot. Alternatively, don't use Word as your mail
editor.
