I tried to send an email with attachment to a distribution group. The problem
is that one of them got the email without the attachment. But when I send it
directly to his email address he got both email and attachment. Is there
something wrong with my distribution group?

It could be that the ISP or the mail sever of the recipient, if it was a
corporate email address, must have quarantined the attachments
especially if was flagged as false positive virus or some other malware
attachment.

Your distribution group is perfect because some of them received
everything but you may try to put this particular recipient in the TO:
row rather than Bcc which you must have used. It is always advisable to
use Bcc but there are drawbacks in doing so like this one you have just
highlighted.
