attachments and sp2

Having the same problem with attachments after installing sp2. Cannot read
any of my attachments. I'm using just Microsoft Outlook. Not Outlook Express.
Keep getting the message " the form required to view this message cannot be
displayed..contact your administrator". When I go to tools..security tab I
don't have the same settings as OE. Are tge attachment settings somewhere
else?
