Attachment won,t download !!

I did a restore of my program and rerestored it and now I
cannot open attachments. It seem like it uses e-fax
messenger to open my attachments. How can I change that.
Help me rectify the situation please.

To get good help here, you have to include things
like "I'm running XP-home and I use Outlook Express for
email. I had to reinstall it for (reason) and now it wont
open attachments,... (and other helpful things like when
it happens...)" Idea: does your re-installation go off-
line after getting your messages, and then not know to go
back on-line for the attachments?
