windows restore problem

I restored the win XP Pofessional and lost my new norton subscriptions I can
not download them from sites I get old ones untill expiry! where did they go
I try rerestoring still not there? think before you get on the time machine!
please any suggestions?

yeh,

you simply need to download
your norton from the website, maybe
a trial version and convert it into
a functional subscription.

norton is in a class all by itself
and it's functional state is
the responsibility of norton and
not microsoft...
