Attachment missing

Some of the OE users ( fixed users) could see attachment but some OE user
couldn't.

Mail was sent from OL 2003 user using plain & html. It seems to affect all
file format, i.e. word, xls, etc.

MS outlook is used email editor. Word ver.is Word 2000.

Appreciate if anyone could help.

I would double check the contact record of those that couldn't see the
attachment and verify that their email address is not marked to receive rich
text only. (e.g. open the contact record. double click on email address.)

Thanks for the response.

I opened the contact record & double click on email address but couldn't
find the marking for receiving rich
text only, can explain further where I can find it? Newbies here.....

Double clicking on the email address will open a dialog called email
properties. At the bottom is a dropdown labeled Internet Format. There is
only 3 choices. Plain text, Let Outlook decide, and Rich Text
