attachment lockout

Unable to pull up and print important attachments (etkt
receipts, vouchers, etc). This message is displayed when I
try "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments
in your mail" HELP, HELP, what can I do to get my
attachmenbts and et rid of this disabling device?

I am having this same problem...does anyone have the
answer as to how I can open these attachments and erase
this block out message..?
