Attaching picures to show in Outlook

When I used outlook express as my email client, the attached pictures showed in the body of my message
I would like to have the pictures show in Outlook the same way
How do I do it?
 
Not possible - Outlook does not display pictures as Outlook Express does.
Different programs - different behavior.
