attachments in outlook 2002

my picture attachments (recieved) in outlook 2002 do not show in message
body. they always did in express. how can i fix this?

It's not up to you to fix it. WIth Outlook, attachments will always show as
attachments and they must be opened explicitly. The sender can control
this, however, but embedding the images instead of attaching them. That's
up to the sender.

brian thanks for the response but the messages im talking about if i
view them in outlook express they do show if i view them in outlook
they dont.... its really frustrationg me.. E..

I alreday gave you the explanation. Outlook Express shows attached images
in-line in the reading pane. Outlook will not. Outlook will always display
attachments as attachments. Getting them to display in-line is the sender's
responsibility with Outlook.
